Story

In 2015, Krista L. Allison was called by the Lord to start “GO!” (God’s Opportunity). GO! is a women’s small group bible study that started as a weekly face-to-face meeting and over the past couple of years has expanded to online sessions. Each GO! bible study is filled with engaging and in-depth biblical conversations and reflections on our individual walk with the Lord. GO! has completed over ten Bible studies including summer book read sessions. In addition, Mrs. Allison writes a weekly blog, the “Monday GO! Report” to share the good news of God’s love for us all. As Christians, she believes that we have been called to be the light and salt, to be God’s ambassadors here on earth.

 

Matthew 5:13-16 states, each day we have an opportunity to be the light and salt God has called us to be to others. As can be found in her weekly blog and a saying that has become precious to her, “Remember, each day is an opportunity for us to… Lead, Serve and GO!”

 

The Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN) symposium will uncover the secret to living a life of purpose and fulfillment. Women will learn how to break the negative cycles that keep them stuck, stagnate and unproductive while gaining strategies that will position them to succeed at high levels in their relationships, finances, career, health and spiritual life.
