"Love Without Limits"

Good Morning Princesses!

For today's GO! Report, let's open with a prayer. Thank you for your prayers, reading, and "stick-to-it-ness" this past session and season. We did a lot of work in this session. Thanking God for His guidance and abundance as we navigated and unpacked not just one, but two books of the Bible. Both, by the way, being the only two titled after women!

📷Thank you, Lord, for your love. Thank you for the Holy Spirit; for helping us to see things we couldn't and for highlighting the pages of your word and making them known to us. Help us as we keep these words close to our heart. Guide us as we spread your good word. Help us as we spread your salt and light to others. We ask all these things and more in your precious and holy name. Amen.

1. This Summer and Fall 2019

This summer we are gearing up for the WEN Forum, still in the works, but coming soon. For now, please stay tuned to the weekly GO! Reports and note on your calendars that our Fall Session 2019-20 will begin in September!

Are you ready? Let's GO!

2. Love Without Limits

Last week we discussed "hesed"- lovingkindness. This week we will continue, but the focus will be on the starting where we first began in the book of Ruth. Remember Judges 21:25?

In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit.

Ruth's love and commitment are in stark contrast to the ending scripture in the Book of Judges. Ruth and Boaz did not do as they saw fit and through their marriage, the lineage to the King of Kings was established. Wow! Just when one begins to wonder, God is always on the move. His providence is seen throughout the Book and Ruth.

3. Lord of the Harvest- He Reigns

In taking not just one but few pages from the Book of Ruth let's remember that our Lord is the ultimate Lord of the Harvest. No matter what we are going through and what we are reading in the paper, social media or viewing on the television, God is still at work in our world. Ruth reminds us of commitment. God's timeless commitment to us and Ruth's faithful commitment to God, Naomi and Boaz. As we think about our commitment to God, know that God is still seeking us as His bride and reaping a harvest. Using the gifts that God has given each of us, ask God about your assignment and how can you work faithfully each day in the field to serve Him. Remember, like Ruth, your commitment and faithfulness can not only make a difference in your life but in the lives of others today and generations to come.

Oh, princesses of faith...remember

Prayerempowers and ‘charges up’ every other piece so they can be used effectively against the enemy.  Without prayer…  your armor, cannot, will not, be infused with the power that only God’s-Spirit can give."
