How fast did this summer go for you? For me, well, it seems like yesterday since I last put my fingers to the keyboard. I have missed you dearly, and I'm so excited to share the details about our new season!
Season 7, really?
Yes, we are starting our seventh season of GO! This season will be a doozy!
For the past two years, we have taken one Book of the Bible and focused intently.
In 2020-2021 we combed through pages of Ezekiel ("time" as our theme).
In 2021-22 we nestled into Daniel (a life of integrity and words of prophecy).
Beginning September 13, 2022, we will embark on a study of the Book of Revelation. Our study is entitled, "Here and Now, Then and There," by someone, we all know... "Beth Moore."
I can recall completing this study many, many, years ago. The study was so powerful that even to this day, I can recall some of the themes and letters to the churches. Trust me, this season, you will find yourself reading, re-reading, and making the connections to our prior studies. In fact, during this series, you will come to know (just in case you had doubts) that:
The Bible is one complete story.
It is seamless; ALL the 66 books are connected.
The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 that:
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for [a]instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
The Bible points to God's love, redemption, and our salvation can be found in Christ alone.
As found in Acts 4:12
12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”
With that in mind, please see the following details on the GO! homepage for our upcoming series. We will be meeting virtually and face 2 face (details about face 2 face will be shared before September 13th) See you on Tuesday, September 13, 2022!
